I'm Hugo. I run Mentat Technology Services as an independent builder of websites, web apps and software. That means marketing sites, content systems and custom product work, not only dashboards.
I have built a fair amount on content management platforms, including WordPress: themes, editorial workflows and the boring glue that lets non-technical teams update content without breaking things.
Still, a large part of the public portfolio is dashboards and data products: research analytics, decision tools and insight UIs. Those sit next to more general web work.
